WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT?

- instocks can sell out and unfortunately if it is sold out, chances are you probably won’t be able to get it anytime soon

- some preorders can sell out, so please be on the lookout for that! unit hoodies can definitely sell out. if a specific preorder is sold out and you have a question about that, please let me know :)

WHY DO I HAVE MULTIPLE SHIPPING FEES?

- Big cartel is weird and makes multiple shipments if you purchase two different kinds of items. Just let me know in the special notes/instructions and i’ll refund any unnecessary fees to you after, which you should receive in a few days. If you forget, you can just contact me later

WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?

- i don’t know 😭 international just gets very pricy for any shipping provider. i’ve done my best to get the lowest shipping costs for my shop, but i cannot go any lower and still accommodate for my own payments.

1. I am a student who is currently spending 9+ hours away from home, most of the time in classes and studying, so processing will definitely take a lot of time. This goes for answering questions, packaging, and shipping as well, so please be patient with me! I promise you will receive your order

Will cause delays in shipments

- Why? All of these take a considerable amount of time to manufacture

3. I will be shipping individual orders as one. If your order contains any of the items above or any preorders, I will not ship your order until I receive my stocks for those items. Any other order non containing those items are planned to be shipped immediately after the wave ends

4. PLEASE read any of my shop pages/launch announcement posts before contacting me directly as a majority of the questions I receive have already been answered in those places
